Zeina Zein El Abedine is the Business Development Manager responsible for the long term business development for Hawkamah and Mudara IOD. Prior to joining Hawkamah, she worked in regional private equity, asset management and project financing and executed investment banking mandates, across the region, dealing with regional and international players.  She is experienced in various phases of the buyout investment and participates in the post-acquisition management process, including sitting on the board of portfolio companies. She has experience in areas of business development, value creation, corporate governance, project management and financial analysis.  She was a member in the Lebanon Corporate Governance Task Force (LCGTF), and acted as a secretary to the Accounting and Auditing Committee. Zeina earned her MBA - Emphasis Finance from the American University of Beirut in 2004. She is also a PLD graduate from Harvard Business School.
