Justin Connor is head of Legal & Regulatory and Company Secretary at Emirates International Telecommunications, the primary telecoms investment vehicle for Dubai Holding. He is a US lawyer specialised in law affecting telecommunications, media and internet companies. Previously, he headed the telecom practice at Al Tamimi & Company. Before moving to Dubai, Connor was Senior Lawyer at the US Federal Communications Commission in Washington D.C. and Associate at the law firm of Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe where he specialised in competition litigation. He is admitted to practice before the courts of New York, Massachusetts, the District of Columbia and the United States Supreme Court.
