The seminal reports comprising of individual country reports for
Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates and a comparative survey, published in Arabic and English, identify key corporate governance issues facing individual countries; provides detailed analyses of their corporate governance frameworks; and offers recommendations for improving the corporate governance environment in the countries.

Providing as a reality check on the corporate governance reforms being introduced in the region, the IFC/Hawkamah Survey of CEOs asks the tough questions as to what extent are the region's corporations willing to take the next steps of corporate governance implementation.
