
Hawkamah, the Institute for Corporate Governance (HICG), signed an agreement with Emirates CoreNiche Consultancy (ECNC) by which the latter will market Hawkamah’s directors’ development programs in Abu Dhabi.
The programs cover vital areas to professional directorship such as corporate governance, role and authority of boards as well as boards’ performance and structure, strategic leadership and financial stewardship. The programs also cover areas such as Corporate Secretary and Governance of Family Owned Businesses.
Hawkamah’s courses are designed to meet the needs of boards, top executives and governance officers in a changing world especially in the Middle East where businesses are seeking to achieve balance between strategy and control, and to empower boards and clarify their roles in the organization.
