Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given for cancellations received up to 10 working days before the workshop or event.
Cancellation must be made in writing. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 10 working
days before the workshop or event, but registered delegates who are unable to attend may send a delegate,
or receive a credit towards attendance at a future workshop or event (the credit is applicable within a
year and delegate can cancel only twice. After two cancellations, the credit will not be transferred or refunded).
